家族で、天神大名にある「ベトナムピストasiatico」へランチをしてきました
店内はこぢんまりとしていながら、アジアンエスニックな雰囲気で、女性のお1人客やカップルの方がいらっしゃいました♬.*ﾟ
定員さんも笑顔でお声かけ良くしてくださって、人柄が良さそうな感じでした。
今回頼んだのは、ランチのゴイクンセット(生春巻きセット)〈税込￥1980〉。

私はメインは「日替わりフォー(この日は、ズワイガニとタケノコのフォー)」。
日替わりのフォーは普通の米粉か玄米か選べ、玄米フォーに。噛むと程よいコシがあり、ツルッと啜れます。
スープはズワイガニの風味がして、優しいお味でほっこり☺️お腹に優しい感じ。
ランチにも朝食でもこのフォーは美味しいだろうなぁ✨️
たけのこが分厚くサクサクとした歯ごたえが楽しく、春の穏やかな甘みを感じられます。
他にも春菊やモヤシ、ニラがトッピングされていました。
パクチーとレモンのお皿が出てきました。(パクチー苦手な方は定員さんに言うと、パクチー無しにして貰えるそうです。)
フォーにパクチーとレモンを加えると一気にエスニック感が増して、味にアジアンな彩りが加わり、より美味しく感じました。
付き添い人の食べた「辛麺フォー」や、「フォーボー(牛)」も、美味しかったそうです
フォーのコシのある食感と、スープのお味がしっかりまとまっていて、満足できる食べごたえだったとのこと︎ ̖́-
更にテーブル席には魚醤(ヌクマム)、辛味パウダー、胡椒が置いてあり、フォーにトッピングできます。食べている途中で味変をして、楽しく美味しく最後まで食べれました·͜·ᰔᩚ❤️
ドリンクは私はクランベリージュースで
甘酸っぱくフルーティなクランベリーの味がしっかり感じられ、これめちゃ美味しかったドリンク❣️
セットのウェルカムサラダは、ビーツのシーザーサラダ風ドレッシングと、魚醤などを使用したアジアンテイストのドレッシングの二種類が来て、2つをかけて食べることが出来ました。
どっちのドレッシングもお野菜がモリモリ食べられる程、とても美味しかったです
セットの生春巻きも、ライスペーパー生地がモッチモチෆ.*･ﾟで、同皿の3種類のタレとの相性抜群。どのお料理が出てきても、美味し〜ってお互い言い合ってました✨️
大名でエスニック料理、フォーとか生春巻きとか食べたいなってなったら、また来たいなぁ…⟡.·*.
