ていねいなおばんざいで一献。白金「あかりや」｜福岡ゴクチュウ酒記
白金の交差点近く。
晩ご飯のお店を探してるところへ、
なんだか良さげな店のあかりを発見。
古民家を改築したお店。
表の看板には1080円のセットの案内が。
いいですね。おつかれセット。
引き込まれるように店内へ。
カウンターにきれいな女性3名。
落ち着いた雰囲気です。
テーブル席もありますが、カウンターが味がある。

お通しはサラダ。
美味しい野菜です。
カウンターには大皿料理が並んでて
ここから、5種類のおばんざいが。
白和え、ディップに蓮根の煮物。。
一番左が安納芋のポテサラで、その横の黄色いの・・
これ、カブと柿のハーブマリネだって。
甘くておもしろい食感。。。すごいな。
素材の良さとひと手間が加わったおばんざい。
女性らしい薄めの味付けも絶妙です。
こうなってくると、日本酒ですよね。。
ボードに珍しいお酒が書かれてて・・
そな中から、川口納豆・・
知らないお酒、いっぱいあるね。
納豆屋さんの田んぼでとれたお米で作ったんだって。
すっきりした呑み口ですが、香りも豊か。
いやあ。まいった。
いいおもてなしにいいお酒。

およそ4年ぶりの訪店・・
この間、改装されてて入口付近に
立ち呑みスペースができてるんですよね～
そんなに広くなくて、5、6人も入ればいっぱいかな
お得なメニューがいろいろ・・
お酒の5種セットにしてみます。
まずは白糸・・
へえ、こんなラベルあったんだ。
んで、どうやら5杯一緒に出てくるわけじゃなく
一杯ずつあけていくシステムのようですね。
呑み終えたところで、2杯目は紀土。
3杯め・・長門峡
