同級生と数年ぶりに集まりました。
地元で活躍している同級生が選んでくれたお店。
期待が高まる〜
オーナー？のお出迎えと気配りたっぷりのおもてなしが心地よい。
馬肉の生ハムなんて初めて食べましたが、溶けるような食感。
ニンニクの効いたリゾット、イカスミのパスタが特においしかった。
トリュフがこれでもか！っていうくらいのっていて、あまりの贅沢さに震える…（笑）
ウロコパリパリの魚（甘鯛？聞いたけど忘れた）の付け合わせは、野生のアスパラとか。
これも初めて。
貴重なものらしい。
ピスタチオたっぷりのチーズケーキ（たぶん…これも忘れたという…）も濃厚で大満足でした。
数年ぶり、ふるさとの夜を満喫しました。
