外観は綺麗ですが、小さな看板や案内さえ無く、情報がなければ行き着けないお店です。
コース一本！ドリンクメニューもお任せでメニュー表はありません。
バイザグラス的な感じで赤白やロゼ、日本酒などをいただきました。
保管はセラーかもしれませんが温度帯は同じ設定、かなり低い温度で提供されます。
もっとも、純粋な和食なので赤などで温度を上げると違和感が出ることでしょう。
赤も白もロゼもドライで無難なセレクト、ボトルもブルゴーニュの若めが中心とのことでした。
素材の活かし方は上手で、それ故にかなりの薄味で全体が構成されています。
〆のご飯が若干柔らかかった点を除いて、全般上手な印象でした。
