福岡空港から公共交通機関で約30分、車で約20分の福岡市薬院エリアにある。
大将が京都の有名店で修行したこともあり、料理は京料理の影響が色濃い。しかし、大将はそれぞれの料理に独自のモダンなスタイルを作り出しており、それはとても面白いと思った。
コースメニューは33000円で、10種類のコースがあり、最後にご飯とデザートが付く。
私はふぐの調理が一番面白いと思った。
私が一番気に入った料理は、海老芋と最後のご飯物でした。どちらもとても上手に調理されていて、美味しかった。これらの料理に使われた皿もとても美しかった！
この日、お客さんは全員外国人だったが、大将がメニューの説明をすべて英語で用意しようと努力しているのがわかってうれしかった。
接客は最初少し遅かったが、食事が始まってからはいいペースだった！ワインもブルゴーニュ産を中心に良いワインが揃っていて、本当に嬉しかった！
美味しい食事でした！
