(2022.06.13) Fukuoka The day before yesterday, it was announced that the rainy season had begun, 7 days later than normal and 31 days later than last year. Today, it was forecast to rain continuously throughout the day, so I decided to have lunch somewhere close to where I was going... I searched for a good place to have lunch. I searched for a good place to have lunch and found "Angelo & Michael," which had become a favorite of mine after I visited their Daimyo branch in January this year. The dishes available for lunch were ・Lasagna with eggplant and tomatoes ・Pasta ~peperoncino with eggs~ ・Stone-baked cheese risotto and 3 other dishes. The salad that came with the lunch set, which at first glance I thought was a Prosciutto salad, was just slices of carrot on leaf lettuce... I was disappointed because the one I had at the Daimyo restaurant was a luxurious and colorful dish of steamed chicken with leaf lettuce, cheese, Prosciutto and carrot rapé. The lasagna dough had a chewy texture and the meat sauce had a sweetness from the finely chopped carrots and onions... The flavor was satisfying, intertwined with the crispy grilled cheese and savory aroma. It was very satisfying!
