This store opened this month (April 2016) in the basement of a building in the direction of Yakuin Rotsukaku from the Kego police box. I dared to drink a little. A sign that says the store opened this month leads you down to the basement. The interior of the store is fairly brightly lit, and the counter is very spacious. According to the master, it gets darker and darker as time passes. There is an L-shaped counter near the entrance, and a live area with a stage and tables in the back. There were no live performances scheduled on the day I visited, so it seemed quiet, so it was just a normal non-dakure performance. Lock the bottle you see. It seems like the bourbon ratio has increased recently. There is currently no food menu, just charms and cheese. It's a bit of a misnomer to call it a modern shop, but it doesn't feel like anything, and the master has over 10 years of experience in making sake, so you can enjoy a relaxing sip. There is also a female bartender who sometimes sings live, and you can also see her practicing making cocktails. I also like that it's a peaceful space that isn't too formal. Sidecar at the end. Despite the strong alcohol, the Cointreau and lemon have a good balance, giving it an orange-like flavor. (￣ー￣*) Comfortable The space was more comfortable than I expected, so I ended up staying a little longer. I didn't look at the menu very closely, so I don't know the unit price of the drinks. At least it wasn't an expensive store.
