Soba noodles that go down easily
I heard that a soba restaurant has opened a few minutes walk from Yakuin Odori Station. This place used to be a sushi restaurant, and I used it once. The interior gave me the impression of being left out. I visited after 8pm, and it was busy with many families. ◆Comes with beer (draft: 600 yen) and fried soba noodles for snacks. ◆Raw Karasumi (600 yen)...The quantity is smaller than the item I received at another store the other day. But I like this taste. ^^ Since the time was close to OS, it seems that the ``Juwari Soba'', which is the best part of this place, is sold out. I heard that ``28'' is available, so use that. I'm happy to see that there are "small sizes" even when I look at other menu items. ◆I ordered "Mori (800 yen)" and "Komori (600 yen)" from "Nihachi Soba". If you compare them, the quantities seem to be quite different...(^^;) ◆Nihachi Soba's Mori (800 yen)...Soba lovers said it was their favorite. ◆ ``Komori (600 yen)'' from ``Nihachi Soba''...I'm not familiar with soba, but the texture is smooth and easy to eat.The soup is made from ``bonito soup stock'' and is moderately sweet. I like this too. I wanted to have the cold "burdock tempura soba", but since it was only available for a limited time, I ordered the "burdock tempura (5 pieces: 400 yen)" separately. ◆"Burdock tempura (5 pieces: 400 yen)"...Freshly fried, and the batter is crispy. The burdock root itself is also delicious. ◆Burdock tempura is served with soba salt. ◆Soba-yu. I wasn't able to get ``Juwari Soba'' this time, so I'd like to visit again if I have a chance.

A long-established soba restaurant in this area. I often pass by the store, but for some reason I never had the chance to visit, so I stopped by for the first time in 7 years. I was drawn to the ``Sakura Shrimp'' at the store. ^^ This is a rare open business these days, and you can also enjoy soba noodles. It was after 3pm, but it was about 70% crowded, so it was popular. I refrained from taking photos inside the store as it was crowded. m(__)m Since I was alone, I was guided to a counter seat. ◆I couldn't find the price of "Sakura Shrimp Tempura" at the store, but it was 2,000 yen, which is quite expensive. (≧◇≦) I hesitated for a moment and wondered if I should go for burdock tempura, but then I found the small 1,300 yen mark and followed through with my initial intention. ^^ Most of the soba noodles come in a "small" size, which is helpful for me because I have a small appetite. ◆Soba tea and soba soup. ◆Sakura shrimp tempura, spicy grated soba bukkake (1,300 yen, tax included, cash only) Sakura shrimp covers the soba noodles, and there's more than I expected, making me smile. I was seated at the counter and there was no one in front of me, so I was glad that no one thought it was creepy. Bitter smile: According to the explanation, the amount of soba is ``about the size of a man's fist.'' It's just right for me. *From above. Spicy radish has a strong spiciness, so I mixed it in little by little. ◆Pour soba soup over it. Fukuoka has a lot of sweet soups, but this one has a mild sweetness that I like. ◆Sakura shrimp tempura is delicious with a thin coating and crispy texture, and the sweetness and aroma of the shrimp. I'm glad I chose it. ^^ ◆The soba noodles are thin and have a smooth texture. ◆Sobayu is a thick type of soup. They went out of their way to prepare soba choko. m(__)m Sakura shrimp are delicious. It was small and had just the right amount of volume. The customer service was polite and I got the impression that there were many regulars.
