このお店は以前ランパスでたまに来ていたお店ですが、当時はオペレーションにやや難ありの印象。
久しぶりに来てみましたが、どう言う感じかな？
12時半頃入店。結構先客が入っており、これはオペレーションの見物だと思って待っていると、ちゃんと注文も取りに来て、お冷も出て来ました。
メニューから、「ドライカレー」をオーダー。ランチセット（サラダ、紅茶、アイス付き）は全て1,000円との事。
で、ここでやっぱりちょっと出てくるまでに時間が掛かっていました。隣のテーブルの先客がドリンクをそろそろ出して欲しいと厨房までお願いに行ったりし始めてる。やばい。コレはやっぱりオペレーション改善されてないパターンか？
そうこうしていると、厨房の中から「サラダが切れてる」と従業員の声。更に嫌な予感。
そしたらすぐにドライカレーが出て来ました。サラダも来るのかなと思ってちょっと待ってましたが、出て来そうもないので、食べ始めました。本当はカレーと一緒に写真を撮りたかったのに。
流石に待ちきれずサラダが来てないことを伝えましたが、カレーは食べ終わりました。
今日はそんなに時間に余裕もなかったので、紅茶とアイスもすぐ出して欲しいと依頼。
やっぱりオペレーションに難ありのままでした。
「サラダがない」と言った従業員に誰も反応せず、言った本人も何もせずと言う事がダメなんでしょうね。
味は美味しいのに残念です。
