個室で宴会！
仕事関係の方との飲み会だったので、
写真はないのですが、
12名の飲み会が開催されました。
赤坂に支店がある方が何人かいたので、
大名エリアか赤坂エリアの店希望となっていたので、
個室で上品なお店を探しました。
そうなると、
『瑞祥』
『ちかえ』
『表邸』
『喜水亭』
『海山邸』
『うら本』…ぐらいしか頭に浮かばず、
肉が食べたかったので、
こちらのお店に決めました。
メインの豚しゃぶは、
パイヌ豚と言って、
パイナップルを食べて育った豚らしく、
美味しかったです。
次回は、
カウンターに座って、
一品料理を楽しみたいです。
鉄板焼&しゃぶしゃぶ
こちらのお店は、
以前に海鮮居酒屋の『博多 魚凛』さんだった時に会社の飲み会で何度かお邪魔したことがあったのですが、
現在の『瑞祥』になってからは初めてお邪魔しました。
業態は以前の『魚』から『肉』になり、
料理などはガラッと変わりましたが、
店内はカウンターに鉄板が入ってはいますが、
個室はほとんどそのままみたいですね。
今回も会社の飲み会で利用したのですが、
こちらのお店の個室は良い意味で落ち着きがあって良いですね。大名地区には落ち着いたお店が少ないので、接待にも使えそうで助かります。
料理は宴会なので『飲み放題付のコース』をお願いしたのですが、鉄板で焼いた肉もあり、貴重な南ぬ島豚のしゃぶしゃぶも付いていて、素晴らしい内容でした。
また大名地区での宴会がある時はお願いしたいと思います。

This time, I was having a dinner party with people from work, and when I checked out the restaurant, I found out that it was Daimyo's ``Zuisho,'' which I had previously been taken to by the president of the company. This restaurant is particular about its ingredients, such as fish, whale, wagyu beef, and pork, so no matter what you eat, it's delicious. This time too, I had the ``Pine Pork shabu shabu.'' The soup stock from the hot pot is light and delicious. It seems like this store is the only one that sells Pine Pork in Fukuoka. It's a valuable ingredient. I had a lot of different things this time, and they were delicious. Also, I'll be sure to ask.
