相方と二人、ランチで大楠の「焼鳥焼牛健」へ。。
前の日、テレビでうまそうな肉の特集をやってて
どうしても食べたくなって相方がググった・・
土日もランチやってるのがありがたいね・・
まずは、定番らしい牧草牛ランプステーキ。。
100gで800円
いい赤身だな〜
絶対うまいよな〜
動画でも・・
最高すね。。
タレでいただきます。。
ほどよい弾力・・肉喰ってるな〜と実感できるうまみ。
やばいね・・いくらでもいける・・
ごはんはすべて玄米ごはんらしい。。
サラダもセットね。
あと、たたき丼を。。
こらまた、いい赤だ・・
やばいな。流行りのローストビーフ丼より
ずっとうまいしお手頃だ。。

食べ放題なんだって・・
相方はごはん少なめにしたのに、食べてますね
てな感じで・・大満足のランチ！
