警固の信号から少し歩いたところにある、窯焼きナポリピザが食べられるお店
赤い扉や壁が目立ちます。
日曜日の11:30頃来店しましたのでスムーズに入店できました。
休日のランチはピザやパスタがあり、スープ・前菜・ドリンクのセットをつけることもできます。
今回は舞茸のクリーミーピザと牛すじ肉ラグーボロネーゼを選び、セットをつけました。
スープはクラムチャウダーでした。
アサリが一つ入って、きちんとダシが取られているスープです！
インサラータ（前菜風サラダ）はレタス、紫キャベツ、生ハム（下にはポテトサラダ）、アランチーニ（イカ墨のライスコロッケ）、つぼみの天ぷらなど種類が多いです。
一品一品のレベルも高く、これだけで600円超えそうで、セットにしてよかったと思いました*:.｡.(＊ˆ﹀ˆ＊).｡.:*
お得なのでぜひセットにされると良いと思います。
そして舞茸のクリーミーピザ。
こちらはロッコオリジナルらしく、舞茸、玉ねぎ、ベーコンが使われています。
食べてみると舞茸の程よい食感に生クリームのクリーミーさが良い感じでした❀.(*´◡`*)❀.
ピザ生地もふっくら焼かれていて、窯で焼かれているからこその香ばしさもありました
ただ、塩気が強めですね_φ(･_･
牛すじ肉ラグーボロネーゼは国産牛の赤身とスジ肉、エリンギ、玉ねぎをメインとしてボローニャ風に仕上がっています。
グラナパダーノチーズとピンクペッパーなども使用されていて、彩りも良いです。
お肉はトロトロで旨味が凝縮されていて、パスタとよく合います！
パスタは程よい硬さで茹でられていていました。
ボローニャソースだけでも美味しいですが、グラナパダーノチーズと絡めることで旨味が増したり、ピンクペッパーと合わせることで味にアクセントを持たせたりすることができます。
可愛らしい奥さんと優しそうな旦那さんで営む、本格ピザ！
美味しいですし、居心地も良いので、また行きたいですねです♪
