土曜日の昼に念の為予約して伺いました。
高温の石窯で一気に焼き上げやれたマルゲリータは生地が素晴らしく美味しくて、チーズの塩味やトマトソースも生地と相性良く、美味です。
ボロネーゼは細目のパスタに良く絡んだソースは、深みのあるお味でした。
