警固交差点にあるこぢんまりとしたチーズケーキ専門店です。
福岡市内を中心に数店舗展開されています。
ショーケースには10種類のチーズケーキが並べられており、比較的スタンダードなラインナップです。
ケーキ以外にも焼菓子も販売されています。
奥にはイートインスペースもあります。
テーブル4卓（2席×3卓、1席×1卓）と多くはないものの、ブティック側からはほぼ見えず、席数もかぎられていることで、心地良い時間を過ごすことができます。

屋号を謳う看板商品で、4種類のチーズが使用されています。
しっとり濃厚な仕上がりで、心地良いコクや酸味が広がります。
クセがなく相手を選ばない万能タイプですが、反面、個性も控えめな印象です。
とは言うものの、数種類を購入するなら、抑えておいて間違いないクオリティです。
⚫︎Basque（470円）
バスク特有の表面の焦げが真っ黒な仕上がりです。
KAKAと同時に食べると、引き立つ甘味と焦げの香ばしさが一際しっかりと感じることができました。
⚫︎アイスティー（385円）
たっぷり量のグラスです。
アールグレイの着香はやや抜けてはいるものの、爽やかな口当たりはチーズケーキとの相性が良いです。
