決めきれなかったので、盛り合わせを注文。
10分程で登場〜。
出汁が透き通っていて、キレイです。
スープから、いただきます

ほんのり醤油の甘みがして、後から濃厚な出汁の風味が口に広がります。
スープ自体はコンビニよりも薄めですが、食材にしっかり染み込んでいるので、美味しくいただけます。
個人的に好きだったメニューは
肉だんごおでん！
かなり柔らかく、軟骨が入っているのでコリコリして食感がいいです。
肉の旨味をしっかり感じ、ペッパーが良いアクセントになっていて美味しいです。
