I went to Toriyaki Chidori because it was a sister restaurant to Daimyo's KAKURE, which I visited before. Unlike KAKURE, this is a chicken shop. The interior of the store is clean and stylish. This is table seating only. There also seemed to be sesame mackerel, but I've eaten it once and I know it's delicious, so I refrained from trying it this time. So, instead of yakitori, I ordered toriyaki and the recommended raw meatballs. What is raw meatballs? The real thing appeared just where I thought it would! It certainly grows. The store clerk said, ``To put it simply, think of it like a chicken version of Negitoro.'' I added a little soy sauce and gingerly tried it, and it had a new texture! It tastes like cheese and is delicious! Is this Japanese sake? Next is grilled chicken. Grilled chicken? That's what I thought, but I was convinced after seeing it. It's a Miyazaki specialty grilled over charcoal! Expectations are high as the flames rise. It's brought to the table and you can eat it! It smells like charcoal and is delicious! Highball progresses! There seemed to be a fair amount of Japanese sake, but this must be beer or highball! I don't usually drink much, but I will drink this. I ordered many other things, and they were all delicious. I will omit it because it seems to be long. The staff were all very pleasant and talked with the customers, so I got the impression that there are many repeat customers. It's reasonably priced and overall feels good. I would like to visit you again. thank you for the food.
