今回、知り合いの紹介でこちらの 和酒処 小料理 酒幸さんへ。
お店は国体道路から少し入った上人橋通りの
ＴＩＯ今泉ビル ５Ｆにあります。
基本はご予約のお客様のみの営業。
料理コースは
※1980円／2500円／2980円／3500円～
日本酒コース（ これは珍しい☆ ）
※1980円／2500円／2980円
料理に合う日本酒をお任せでペアリングしてくれるようだ。
今回は
料理3500円のコース
飲み物は単品メニューでオーダー。
まずは瓶ビール(プレミアム・モルツ)で乾杯！！
テーブルには日本酒を楽しめるように木箱にはチョコがセットしてあります。
ビールをグッと飲み干すと
前菜が提供された。
大皿には個人個人で取り分けられるように綺麗に盛り付けて取り分け易くなっている。
内容としては
※小松菜のお浸し、出汁巻き、ごまどうふ、鰯の甘露煮、春巻き揚げたしか…。
次に
※海老真丈のお吸物
※お刺身盛り合わせ 内容としては
ヨコワマグロ、蛸、クロ、カンパチ、鯛
※和牛ロースステーキ
※鯛の揚げ煮 山葵添え
※カキフライ
※にぎり寿司
終始ビールで終了してしまった・・・。
次回は日本酒コースで楽しみたいですねー
