毎回丁寧且つ計算され尽くした下準備と調理、盛り付けに感動します
ドアの向こうはブルゴーニュ。
糸島の市場から毎朝仕入れた新鮮な野菜や食材を丁寧に下準備し、素材の持ち味を最大限に引き出す味付けと調理法には毎回感動。
この一皿にどれだけ時間をかけているのだ...
真面目で几帳面なシェフの計算され尽くした素晴らしい料理とマダムの気配り
久しぶりに良いレストランに巡り会えました。
高級食材を使用したり、手が込みすぎた料理ではありませんが、シェフの気持ちが籠った品々とマダムのオモテナシが心地よい。
