シェフとソムリエのマダムが二人で切り盛りしている白金のビストロです。
料理は季節感のある食材をバランスよく配置したセンスの良い料理です。

枕崎のカツオ、自家製バジルオイル、パプリカのソースすっきりしたカツオ
塩味の自家製パンが料理に合う
アスパラとホタルイカ オランデーズソース フュメドポワソンを入れてまろやかで深みのある味になっている
筍とアオサ海苔のグラタンアオサ海苔の香りが素晴らしい
チーズやホワイトソースとのバランスが絶妙

ただここにきて クリーム系がやや多いかなとも思った

二種類の苺とラズベリーソースとカスタードクリーム
ナポレオンパイのような趣
万人受けするデザートだし完成度も高いけど コースの流れ的に ちょっとクリーム系 乳脂肪系が重なったかなという印象です
ワインはペアリングで出してもらったけど、ピノグリあり オーストリアの爽やかなスタイルのオレンジワインあり ローヌのシラーありと バラエティ豊かで、ソムリエのマダムの選択も確かだった。
季節感のある和の素材も使ったネオクラシックフレンチが好きな方にはお勧めの一軒である。
