ソラリアプラザや西新、冷泉公園にも店舗がある人気とんかつ屋さんの「光」さん。
今回初めての光さんでしたが、薬院店に伺いました。
地下鉄薬院大通駅、薬院駅の間のエリアに位置していて、どちらからでも徒歩圏内の場所にあります。
店内はカウンター５席にテーブルが２０席で、１人でも利用しやすい雰囲気です。
糸島産の三元豚を中心に、九州産のブランド豚を使用されているのがこだわりで、今回は上ヒレカツ定食（１６５０円）を注文しました。
定食にはご飯、味噌汁、お新香がついていて、ご飯はおかわり自由です。とんかつには欠かせないキャベツには、マヨネーズドレッシングで頂きました。
上ヒレカツは衣がサクッとしつつも、お肉はしっとりした食感で、良い揚げ加減でした。美味です。
個人的にはソースより塩派なので、ピンク岩塩と珍しいゲランド塩と一緒に頂きました。塩とヒレカツの相性も最高です。
お味噌汁は揚げとあおさが入っていて、濃いめで美味しかったです。
次はロースカツも食べに行きたいですね。
