Traveling to Hakata. I wanted to drink sake, so I chose a restaurant where you can drink as much sake as you want. It's like having all-you-can-drink Japanese sake and plum wine. We have a variety of Japanese sake from Tohoku to Kyushu. The other thing is plum wine, or rather plum wine and fruit wine. We also have a variety of these. The rule is to drink the glass before ordering, so drink it and order the next one. I think it's about 80-100ml per cup. It's the perfect amount for someone like me who likes to drink a variety of drinks. Only 6 kinds of sake are available, and the last one is mandarin orange sake on the rocks. Meals include assorted sashimi, shrimp cutlet, and fried Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). I think it's my first time eating fried Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), but it's delicious. It goes well with alcohol. The shrimp cutlet and the soup stock are good, but the pork cutlet has been changed to shrimp cutlet. It is delicious. The sashimi platter is fresh and delicious.
