福岡に住んでいると意外とラーメンの新規開拓しないですよね。
メディアなどで気になるお店はあるものの…食べるのはいつも同じところになりがち。
この日はそんな重い腰をあげて、気になっていたクリア豚骨ラーメンへ。
日曜日の19時前頃、席は結構余裕がありました。
メニューがなかなか魅力的。ラーメン居酒屋って感じですね。

・替え玉 150円
・青菜炒め 480円
・やきめし 650円
・紹興酒 500円
豚そば…本当にクリアでびっくり！でも味しっかり。
豚骨なんだけど、臭みなくスープもサラサラ飲めます。
麺は中太縮麺、スープによく絡みます。
途中、薬味とレモンで味変できるのも面白い。
2軒目だったけど、普通に替え玉できちゃいました。笑
青菜炒めはなかなか家庭的な感じ。リピはないかな。
やきめしは売り切れる前にオーダーおすすめします。
シンプルなんだけど、体が求めているのはこれーという感じです。
余談ですが、、紹興酒の飲み方を選べるか聞いてみたところ、
「ロックかお湯割りが選べます、炭酸割だと別メニューです」とのこと。
！！！
紹興酒って常温か燗が普通ですよね。
とりあえず、常温にしたのですが、「常温はゆるいですがよいですか」と。
親切な気もするけど、すごーく違和感のあるやりとりでした。

気になるおつまみも多くて、次は1軒目からきてしっかり食べたいと思います。
