I visited "le sud", a restaurant run by a very romantic couple who met in the south of France. As soon as I sat down, I noticed a wonderful plate ✨ A plate with an image of the sea like bubbles. I enjoyed the attention to detail that was put into the dishes.The dishes brought out the quality of the seasonal vegetables and seafood, and the dishes were very careful and delicate, giving you a warm feeling.Anyway, just one vegetable. Each piece of seafood is lively and fresh. I thought how beautiful the colors of the ingredients were. The way the vegetables were cut was interesting, and I enjoyed the fluffy and crunchy textures, which were very delicious. As for the seafood, the snow crab is sweet, the squid is plump, and the scallops are delicious. After all, the flounder was thickly sliced and carefully cooked at a low temperature, the skin was crisp and fragrant, and it went well with the gentle mushroom sauce and was surprisingly delicious! I thought everyone would be able to stop being picky if they ate such delicious vegetable and seafood dishes lol. The Chef's Specialty Soup had a concentrated flavor and the scent of saffron was just right and soaked in my body. Wonderful ingredients. I felt that they were taken very seriously. I felt truly blessed to be able to eat a dish that brought together so many professionals, from the producers and fishermen to the chefs (;o;) I imagined the process up to this point and was impressed lol. We had two glasses of wine chosen by the sommelier's wife. The rosé crémant from the south of France had a fruity taste and gentle creamy bubbles. The Sabagnin from Jura had just the right amount of acidity. I really liked the complex sweet taste. Both went well with the food and were delicious. The owner of the restaurant had made the space a relaxing and relaxing space, and although it was my first visit, I felt very comfortable. I felt that the good nature of these two people came through through the food, wine, and space☺️ We were invited to Fukuoka on short notice, but we had a happy time with the delicious and relaxing food, wine, and space.
