この辺のランチでまだ未開拓だったので行ってみました。
博多牛推しの焼肉屋さんです。
ひとり焼肉は未経験の私ですが、オムライスを食べるなら
焼肉屋に一人で入るのは怖くない。
さて
意外と女性のおひとりさまもいらっしゃって
カウンターに着席し、オムライスをお願いしました。
お願いすると量は少なめにしてもらえました。
すぐにサラダとスープが到着。
昼休みサラリーマンなので、食べれるものから出していただけるのはなかなか嬉しい…。そしてオムライス到着。う、美しい…！オレンジの輝く脂が浮いたラグーソース、シワのない滑らかな卵、そして絶妙なバランスで頂点に君臨する肉塊〜〜〜！
卵はフワトロではなく、しっかりと火が通ってるタイプです。が、卵の層が分厚くて、ふわっとしてます。中のケチャップライスもマッシュルームや玉ねぎがたくさん入ってて食べ応えがありますし、卵のがトロトロではない分、肉がトロトロ！笑
これ、◯ムの樹で食べたら2,000円くらいしそうやなあ…
本気のオムライス、美味しかったです。
