2年前コロナ禍が始まったばかりにオープンしたお店。なので、店頭外観も店内もとても綺麗です。
入店すると、元気よく「いらっしゃいませ」の声。
カウンターの端に座ると「麺の時間」と言うメニューが。2種類のラーメンから選び、セットが3種類。
自分は「白（塩ラーメン）」のBセットをオーダー。
3種類のセットにはどれも熊本産米のご飯が付いています。あとは、しゅうまい＆唐揚げにするか、しゅうまいor唐揚げにするか、ご飯だけにするか。
料理が出てきて分かりました。「ラーメンが、意外と小さい」だからご飯が全部のセットに付いていたんですね。納得です。それはそれで良いと思います。
大きいしゅうまいも付けたし、ご飯を食べるには充分なおかずです。
ラーメンは、澄んだスープに中太ちぢれたまご麺。麺を掬い上げるとたまご麺のいい香りがしました。ラーメンに乗っているチャーシューは、実は鶏肉で、とても柔らかく優しい味でした。そして、２つ乗っていたうずらの卵は中身がトロトロの半熟でした。うずらの卵が半熟なのは初めて食べました。
しゅうまいも、本当に大きくてジューシー。ご飯が進みます。
会計の際にはPayPayも使える様で安心していたら、お店の方からLINEの友達登録で200円クーポンありますよとお声がけ頂き、喜んで登録しました。その場で200円引きになったのでBセット９００円が７００円に。得した気分です。
