お料理はコース8800円のお任せのみです！
とりあえず、ハートランドの生ビールで乾杯ですね！
◯とうもろこしのすりながし
生クリームが入ってるのような甘みと濃厚な味です。
◯アジの唐揚げと新牛蒡のアオサ揚げ
七味塩で頂きました。
◯枝豆と原木椎茸の茶碗蒸し
◯刺身
アオリイカ、石鯛、サバの炙り、アオリイカがねっとりと甘みがあり、石鯛はけっこう淡白、サバはサバ自体の味はあんまりしないので、塩がオススメです！
◯穴子とルッコラの手巻き寿司
ふわふわの穴子が美味しいで、ボリュームもあり食べ応えあります！
◯アワビとナスとモロヘイヤのお椀
トロトロのナスとアワビの食感にモロヘイヤのとろみを感じる一品。
◯佐賀牛と万願寺
味がしっかりで、お肉旨味を感じます！万願寺は細切りにされてるので、ピーマンみたいでした！笑
◯お味噌汁
薄揚げと小ネギのシンプルなお味噌汁ですが、出汁の深みと小ネギの香りを楽しめました！
途中で、オススメの日本酒などとペアリングを楽しみながら上質な和食を楽しめました！ご馳走様でした！
