・東京なんかでは有名店もたくさんあるけど最近福岡でも流行っているような気がする
・店内は最近リニューアルしたのか新目の雰囲気漂う
・完全おまかせスタイルなので何も考えずに提供されるままに食べるだけなので案外楽かも
・まず最初の新玉ねぎの茶碗蒸しから心奪われる。底にモッツァレラチーズが隠れていて意外性も有
・さらにモモのたたきは香ばしく皮目が焼かれていてさっぱりとしたおろしとの相性が抜群。噛めば噛むほど肉のワイルドな旨味が染み出してくる
・焼鳥はお野菜も適宜挟みながら提供。この日のお気に入りはフリソデ、つくね、せせりあたり。鳥以外ではなんと半熟のうずらが個人的にめちゃくちゃ好みだった！
・〆は別料金。焼きおにぎり、中華そば、そぼろ丼からチョイス。この日はあまりお腹空いておらず1種類のみチョイス。きれいな卵黄が乗っかったそぼろ丼は本当に美味しい
