色々な部位がお手頃に楽しめるので必食の一品です！
脂の乗り、食感、風味と部位による違いを楽しめる！
その後は、個別メニューで気になる品々を注文です！
その中でも特に個人的に美味かったのは立つレバー！
名前の由来は不明ですが、角切りのレバーがそのまま
直立するほど新鮮！と、個人的には捉えています…笑
それほどプリッとした食感が最高で、めっちゃ旨い！
あらかじめごま油と塩をまぶしていて、風味も良き…
レバー好きはたまらない程、必食で最高な一品です！
iPhoneカルビがどんな感じなのか気になりましたが、
今回は売り切れ…残念！結構大きめカットなのかな？
お肉の種類と豊富なので、次も色々と試してみよう！
なかなか良いホルモンが多かった！ごちそうさまー！
