Instagramで見つけて気になってたお店へ。
ワイン好きな料理家の先生と吞む気満々で訪問。
お店は大正通りに面したビルの３階。
スタイリッシュな空間です。
カウンター前にはその日のメニューに載っているお野菜たちが彩りよく置かれてます。
それが目の前だと食べたくなっちゃいますよねぇ。
お腹いっぱいいただきました。

味付けの特徴として、素材をシンプルに味を引き出していると説明されたのですが、引き出すだけでなく相乗効果なんでしょうか？いろんな旨みを感じました。
やや塩味のパンチが効いたつまみにもなる味付けの傾向です。
トリュフ使いも好きな傾向でした。
