アラカルトで、注文しました。
白桃と生ハムとモッツァレラチーズ、初めて食べた組み合わせですが、生ハムの塩っ気も白桃の甘さとチーズが良いバランス。ワインによく合う。
マッシュルームを揚げたもの。これもマッシュルームの旨味がジュワーと広がります。下のソースをたっぷりつけて食べます。これも美味しい、
どのお料理も美味しいくてワインが進みました。いつもはボトルで頼む事が多いですが、グラスワインが充実してたので、グラスワインを頂きました。
カウンターで、一人飲みも良さそう。
