新規開店 #麺屋わがもん ｛福岡市中央区大名｝2022年08月10日(水)麺屋わがもんへ行って来た。
８月２日にニューオープンし、８月９日からランチが始まった新店。
大正通りのかに通から、東へ徒歩１分の場所だ。
この場所は、歌志軒と言う油そばの店が有った。
メニューを見ると、味噌と塩の２種類。
注文したのは、みそらぁ～めんと白飯（小）。
他にも、色んなセットメニューが有る。
やって来た、みそらぁ～めん＠８８０円（税込）と
白飯（小）＠５０円（税込）。
青ネギ、メンマ、２枚のチャーシュー、おろし生姜。
おろし生姜は、少しずつ溶かして食べると良いとの事。
スープは、マイルドで優しい味噌味で美味しい。
玉ねぎ、モヤシ、ひき肉が出て来る。
２枚のチャーシューは、歯がいらないくらい柔らかい。
麺は、中細の縮れ。
縮れた麺に、味噌スープがよく絡む。
食べ終わると、丼の底にひき肉がたまってるので
それを、ご飯にかけて完食。
次は、塩を食べてみようかな。
