ラーメンは味噌or塩の2択。
今回は味噌をチョイスしました！
【ラーメン】
ベースのスープは
豚骨:鶏を6:4
の割合で配合したもの！
そこに数種類の味噌などをブレンドしたタレを加えたとの事。
旨味のある濃厚味ながら飽きのこない仕上がりです！
生姜は少しずつ溶かして頂くのがオススメ！
変化していく味わいの景色が楽しめます。
麺は製麺屋慶史謹製の縮れ麺。
コシのある食感でスープとの相性抜群！
