半年ほど前にできた「麺屋わがもん」。
非豚骨系のラーメン店。
みそor塩・・オススメはどうやらみそらしい、
単品で880円
どろり、とした濃厚スープ。
てっぺんに生姜がのってて、これを溶かすと
よく合いますね。。
プルンプルンのコラーゲン系チャーシュー
分厚いのが2枚。いいすね。
一杯だけで結構ガツンときます。
