こだわりの手包み春巻きと厳選したお酒が楽しめる"九州初の春巻酒場"
まずは自家製のぷるぷるゼリーが入ったフルーツサワーで乾杯。(ノンアルコールに変更可)
見た目も可愛いくて何よりゼリーのちゅるんと感がたまりません。
お次は彩りの綺麗な生春巻き。
ソースは チリ/わさび/バーニャカウダー の3種類。
私はわさびソースがお気に入り。
そしてメインの揚げ春巻きは5種全てオーダー。
どれも美味しい、、、
特にキムチチーズと山芋オクラ最高！
オリジナルはもちろんそのままでも美味しいんだけど、少しのお酢と胡椒をかけていただくと更に美味です◎
もちろんデザートも春巻き。
餡&餅か餡&苺、どちらか選べず結局両方オーダー。
温かいデザート春巻きに冷たいバニラアイスが相性抜群で美味しい〜！
こちらは揚げずに焼いているのでまた違う食感が楽しめます。
春巻きの可能性無限大すぎてこれはハマる‥
メインは春巻きですが、春巻き以外のメニューも充実していて、特によだれ鶏はしっとり柔らかくておすすめ◎
薬院大通駅から徒歩1分とアクセスも良く、15時からオープンしているので昼飲みも出来ちゃいます♪
