揚げたてサクサクの春巻きって本当に美味しいですよね。
薬院大通に専門店ができたということで、行ってみました。

・定番！具だくさんの揚はるまき 190円×3 ※通常242円
・クリームチーズと大葉の揚はるまき 286円
・山芋とオクラのペペロン揚はるまき 286円
・甘辛挽肉と彩り野菜の生はるまき 473円
・一夜干しホルモンの炙り 638円
・熱熱魯肉飯 748円

生はるまきが最初に運ばれてきました。
ソースはチリソース・わさびマヨ・バーニャソースの3種類
野菜たっぷりなので、バーニャソースが結構合うと思いました。
チリソースは定番だけど、やっぱり安定のおいしさなんですよね。
春巻き3種類！
海鮮系も気になるけどエビNGなので断念、、
（いつかエビ以外の海鮮も増えると嬉しいな）
定番は、シンプルで外カリカリ、サクサクで美味しい。
家で作る春巻きより皮が薄めでサクサクしている気がします。
酢醤油や酢コショウにつけていただきます。
「クリームチーズと大葉」「山芋とオクラのペペロン」は
そのままでも美味しいけど生春巻き付属のソースで味変。
それぞれ個性を発揮していて、楽しみながらいただきます。
春巻きは揚げ物だけど、ペロリ＆おかわりオーダー。
酢コショウって餃子のイメージでしたが、春巻きも良いですね。
ちょっと辛子が恋しかったですが。
熱熱魯肉飯はお肉ゴロゴロ系
たくあんが入っているのが珍しい気がします。
最初の一口は激熱なので、要注意です。
『HAPPYぶるTIME』（15時～18時）というのがあります。
これが、いまいちハッピーなのか疑問なのです…
通常時と同じ値段とほぼ変わらないお酒がほとんど。（消費税分お得）
若干得は得だけど、これならいっそハッピーアワーやらない方が、と。
そこがちょっとモヤモヤしたところです。
個人的にはこの時間帯以外に行く方がいいかな～
春巻きの種類がこれから増えてくれたりしたら嬉しいですね。
