2022年10月4日に移転オープンした「氷菓子屋KOMARU」。福岡・黒崎で全国各地から食べ歩きの人が集まる和食のお店「御料理 まつ山」の大将である松山さんが監修するアイスクリーム専門店。
「御料理 まつ山」はミシュランでも一つ星を獲得するお店です。同店では、そんなミシュランシェフが手掛ける濃厚な味わいが特徴のアイスクリームを頂くことができる。店内に入るとさまざまな種類のアイスクリームが販売されており、その場で購入して自宅で食べたり、手土産にしたりもできますし、発送して送ることも可能。
熊本県産ジャージー牛乳で作る濃厚な味わいが特徴のソフトクリームも店内で注文して頂くことも可能です。一口食べると、濃厚な味わいの中に上品さもあり、なかなかこのレベルのソフトクリームを気軽に食べることができないと思わせてくれる一品。
