If you come with eel and pork cutlet, you'll want to end your meal with soba. So I visited this place without a reservation as it was a hit nearby. The restaurant is located on the first floor of a building, and the interior is an orthodox Japanese style, with a bit of an old Japanese-style atmosphere. There are 3 counter seats, 3 tables, and 3 raised seats with classic background music and a clean flow line. The menu includes cold and hot soba noodles, as well as Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) dishes such as tempura bowl and conger eel bowl. We also have a la carte items such as soup Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) and potato salad, so you can enjoy the lineup even before soba noodles. I didn't know this at all, but apparently our shop is managed by the famous Nishinakasu shop ``Shiranida''. ``Dashi Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)'' (1,950 yen including tax) You can order from 1 person, and since the final dish is soba, you can order it right away. While I was waiting with an oriental beauty in hand, I was offered ``grilled sesame tofu'' for free. At this point, I thought to myself, ``This is a really good way to do it.'' Returning to the topic, Dashi Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is, as the name suggests, Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) enjoy dashi soup. This type doesn't use garlic or chives, but instead uses yuzu and mitsuba leaves to enjoy the aroma. And the soup stock is cleaner and deeper than regular soup stock. The taste is so familiar that it falls smoothly into your stomach, making you feel as if you've been washed. There is no offal odor, and the finish is 100% that of stone milled flour. It has a unique taste and is even more delicious than usual, and it's hard to throw away your usual Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) nabe, but if you experience this taste, you'll be very troubled when cooking Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) in the future. LOL Considering the soba noodles, I guess it would be impossible to recreate it completely at home... Needless to say, after this, I added mori soba, and as a result, I ended up thinking, ``If I don't eat bamboo steamer, it's not classy.'' LOL However, I was surprised by the restaurant's thoughtful service, which included additional soba noodles and prepared spicy soup and condiments for the number of people. Personally, I think it would be even more enjoyable if the sake lineup changed a bit, and I think it would be nice if the counter seats were completely open. I'll visit you again. Thank you for the meal ^ ^
