食べログのフォロワーさんの投稿を読んで、平日の12時に予約して訪問。最終的にはカウンター満席になりました。知多ハイボールを飲みながら、引き揚げ湯葉・茶碗蒸しからスタート。
握りはしゃり大きめでと最初からお願いしました（口コミで小さめのしゃりとあったので）。お勧めの旨みの強い日本酒として、梵の冷おろし一合を飲みながら、優しくて柔らかめのしゃりを愉しみました。
ヤリイカと唐津の赤雲丹の握りは旨旨。コースでいか雲丹が出てくるのは初体験。追加でお願いして出してもらうことが殆どでした。福岡の春子鯛が香り・身の厚みと柔らかさ共に抜群でした。赤出汁も旨旨。追加注文してしまいました
一通りの後は、赤雲丹の海苔なし握り＝抜群、陸上養殖の九州サーモンとひもを追加注文。サーモンは上品な脂加減で良い逸品でした。頑張って日本全国から美味しいものをリーズナブルに仕入れているのがびんびんに伝わってきます。
お腹も心も満足してお会計。これだけ追加して日本酒も飲んで1.1万円でした。
