リーズナブルに本格的な鮨が頂けると評判で、ジワジワと人気急上昇中の『鮨 幸仁』(こうじ)さんにランチで伺いました。
アクセスは、西鉄平尾駅ないし薬院駅より、それぞれ徒歩8分程の所に有ります。
こちらの大将は、中牟田 幸仁 氏です。
ヒルトン福岡シーホーク内にある『寿司割烹 ともづな』で料理長を努めた後の2022年12月にこちらをOPEN されました。
ランチに関しては、10貫6,000円という、とても良心的な価格設定でビックリしました。それでいて、ウニイクラや中とろ、車海老等も出るので満足度が高いと思います。
夜の方も15,000円なので、此方に関しては、昨今の価格高騰の波は未だ訪れてないようです。
この日頂いたメニューです。
握りは全般的に小ぶりです。シャリはインパクトの有る感じではなく、万人受けするタイプのものです。人によっては物足りないと感じる方がいるかもしれませんが、この辺りは好みでの問題です。
