I've always been curious about the name of the restaurant, ` Western Cuisine.'' When it comes to Western Cuisine, my favorites are fried shrimp and Hamburg. ^^ But I feel like there used to be Western Cuisine restaurants in every town, but now there are fewer of them. I thought the first floor was a small space with counter seats and one table, but it turns out there are seats on the second floor as well. Since I was alone, I took a seat at the counter. I was also attracted to the fried shrimp, but there are many items on the menu that use demi-sauce, so I thought they might be good at it. ◆ Hamburg Steak (1,300 yen, tax included). 1,500 yen (tax included) with additional coffee *From above. ◆ Hamburg was smaller than I expected, but it was just the right amount for me. *Because not much binder is used, you can feel the flavor of the meat and the demi-sauce is delicious. It's nice that it comes with a small amount of pasta, which is typical of Western Cuisine restaurant. ♪ ◆Salad ◆It tastes more like "onion soup" than miso soup. ◆The rice is glossy and can be refilled. It was a warm day for February, so I had an iced coffee (200 yen). The taste is average, but I feel relieved when I have coffee after a meal. Hamburg was delicious, so if you have a chance, you might want to try the fried shrimp. ^^
