ChefChef Daishiro Abe
Born in Innaimachi, Usa City, Oita Prefecture. He was raised in a land surrounded by mountains by his mother's traditional and careful cooking, and developed an interest in Japanese Cuisine. After experiencing Kaiseki cuisine and Japanese cuisine in Kyoto, he moved to Fukuoka in 2020 to fulfill his dream of "someday living in Kyushu." After working at a Local Cuisine in Kyushu, he assumed his current position.

As soon as you step through the entrance, you will find a courtyard full of greenery, a corridor surrounding it, and a glass house at the back. A space that changes its appearance depending on the season, time, and weather, providing a high-quality relaxing time.
