When you hear the word "offal," you usually think of Japanese-style meal, but this restaurant serves offal dishes in Western Cuisine style. The store is located on the second floor and has only a counter. There is also terrace seating on the third floor, which can accommodate about 10 people, but this time we decided to enjoy our food at the counter seats on the second floor. First up was Hamburger. Two kinds of stewed offal were placed inside the bread, which changed daily, and today it was sandwiched with salt. This two-bite sized Hamburger had a very delicious and unique flavor with stewed offal. The first dish I ordered was Kuroge Wagyu Beef 4 types of offal stew with spicy paprika and tomato and cold levanilla. First on the menu was cold levanilla, which is usually a familiar dish from Chinese Cuisine, but this restaurant specializes in Western Cuisine. The liver was cooked at a low temperature, and the sauce was made with chives and other ingredients mixed with olive oil in a blender to create an exquisite sauce. It didn't have the characteristic smell of liver at all and was very delicious. It was my first time to have such delicious liver. The tomato stew with offal was slightly spicy and had a flavor similar to chili con carne, which was also delicious. It also went great with shochu. The next thing I ordered was a wood-fired dish. One was wood-grilled Kuroge Wagyu beef heart, and the other was wood-grilled today's seasonal vegetables. The wood-grilled heart had a special taste that I had never experienced anywhere else, with the aroma of wood burning in the air. The aroma of firewood added a wonderful accent to the food. The vegetables were plentiful and delicious as well. It seems like there are still many delicious dishes to choose from, so I'm looking forward to my next visit. There is a drawer under the counter where chopsticks, knives, forks, etc. are stored, but the drawer also holds a large menu, so if you are a big person like me, you may have to worry about your stomach when you take out the menu. will get stuck. If there aren't many customers, leave the menu out or bring a thin person with you.
