Today, there is information that the Ki ● Maru Akasaka store is scheduled to open today, and I came to check if they were doing lunch, but it didn't seem to be doing, so I hurriedly went to another store. A while ago, the name of the restaurant was changed and lunch business resumed? I entered the shop here. In the past, when it was newly opened, it was also open for lunch, and after about a month, the lunch was closed, and then the restaurant itself was closed. Soon after, around the beginning of this fall, only the name of the sign was changed and it was opened. When you climb the stairs and enter the restaurant on the second floor, you will be greeted by a young foreigner. (Oh, pho used to be on the menu, so I guess it's Vietnamese?) I mean, is the management the same after all? No prior customers. We sat down at a table for two in a restaurant that was larger than I expected. From the menu, I was a little hesitant, but I ordered "Seafood Bowl" for 980 yen. I wonder if it is made by someone from overseas? I thought, but when I looked at the back of the kitchen, there was a Japan person who probably seemed to be the owner, so it seems that he made it. A little later, two customers entered the restaurant and ordered a Tempura set meal. It's been quite a while (maybe 15 minutes?) I brought something with me, so I thought it was this one, but the Tempura set meal of the second customer came first. (*_*) Koui no Kini Naru no Yone and Seafood Bowl came out. Well, it's not the same as the picture, but it's not a problem. But probably the reason why it took so long was because the rice was not cooked. The rice under the sashimi is super hot, and the back skin of the sashimi is slightly boiled by the heat of the rice (bitter smile) Maybe because I didn't have time to steam the rice, the rice is a little soggy. I don't think the material was bad, but I wondered if the rice wasn't cooked when I visited around 12:30.
