ここは、大正通りのかに通から、天神方面に入って直ぐの場所。
あの和食の喜水丸が手掛ける屋台村が
２３年１１月にオープンした。
店内には、６台の屋台が集結してるみたいだ。
細長い店内に、屋台が並んでる。
まさに、屋台街に行った気分にさせてくれる。
屋台内部も、詳細に作られて、気分は最高潮。
先ずは、生ビール＠５９０円（税込）。
付き出しは、鮭のフライの南蛮漬け。
メニューは、どの屋台に座っても同じで、QRコードで注文する。
普通、屋台には無い刺身や寿司などもある。
注文したのは、ゴマサバ＠８９０円（税込）。
刺身が厚くて大きく、ゴマダレが絡んで旨い。
おでん６種盛り＠９９０円（税込）。
たまご、大根、コンニャク、スジ、厚揚げ、丸天。
お汁には、あさりのむき身が入ってる。
おでんには日本酒＠６９０円（税込）だな。
やはり、冬は熱燗だな。
博多一口餃子＠５９０円（税込）。
餃子は、お酒がすすむね。
海老の天ぷら＠４９０円（税込）。
ジムビームハイボール＠４９０円（税込）。
最後は、明太茶漬け＠５９０円（税込）。
福岡の財産である、屋台気分を味わえた
大満足の夜飲みだった。

ランチが始まった #博多の屋台横丁喜水丸 ｛福岡市中央区大名｝2024年04月08日(月)博多の屋台横丁喜水丸へ行って来た。
今まで夜だけのお店だったが、４月１日からランチが始まった。
夜も美味しかったので、ランチも期待大だ。
店に入ると、入口でQRコードの紙がプリントされ
６台ある屋台の一つに案内される。
プリントされたQRコードを読んで注文する事になる。
ランチメニューは、全部で５種類。
海鮮丼は２種類で、ご飯の大盛とお替りは無料。
また、明太子と辛し高菜が食べ放題だ。
もつ鍋や水炊きの定食が３種類。
これまた、ご飯の大盛とお替りは無料で
明太子と辛し高菜が食べ放題だ。
注文したのは、海鮮たまトロ丼＠１２９０円（税込）。
特製ゴマダレとお茶漬け用の鯛の骨の出汁付き。
食べ放題の明太子と辛し高菜が嬉しい。
海鮮たまトロ丼は、錦糸卵、海苔、とびっこ、明太子、
刺身のたたき、卵黄と盛り付けが映える。
丼の真ん中の、刺身のたたきと卵黄のタワーが素晴らしい。
さあ、卵黄を潰して、ゴマダレをかけて頂きます。
おぉ！これはメチャメチャ美味しい。
ご飯お替りは必須だな。
次は、鯛の骨の出汁をかけて、海鮮茶漬けで頂きます。
流石に、喜水丸の系列店は間違いなしだ。
また来る事を決意した、超大満足のランチだった。
