Good quality meat!
I was thinking about where to go when I was in the mood for Yakiniku (Grilled meat), and this was my first visit to this place along the Hii River, which I had been interested in since last year but had never been to before. This is a gas grill. Soy sauce-based sauce and miso sauce were available. Personally, I liked this soy sauce-based sauce because I could enjoy the taste of the meat and it was refreshing and delicious. By the way, this store has a butcher shop on the first floor, and a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant above it. One of the attractions is that it is done by a butcher! I thought it would be fresh, so I ordered senmai sashimi. Other, I ordered salad, rice, and egg soup. Senmai sashimi It has no smell and has a good texture. I also tried it with the sesame sauce for Yakiniku (Grilled meat), but I found it very delicious with the ponzu sauce that comes with it. 4 types of snack namul: green onions, carrots, spinach, and zenmai. As a bean sprout lover, I'm a little... actually quite disappointed. Kakuteki It's spicy with a lot of chili peppers, but it's delicious. Cow tongue (thinly sliced) I like it thick, but I also like it thin.I also like eating it wrapped with rice. It was a delicious tongue that had just the right amount of texture, was fatty, and had no odor! Mixed ribs I ordered a great value platter of top ribs and special ribs, and both were so well seasoned that I couldn't tell them apart, and the fat was sweet and delicious! I might try the upper ribs next time...it's delicious enough. I forgot the part of the extra lean meat, but it comes out in chunks, so I cut it with scissors on the table. Does it look red? It looks like it has a lot of marbling, but when I cooked it rare inside, it tasted like lean meat. Still, it wasn't dry and I enjoyed it with salt! I feel like I ate delicious red meat for the first time in a while! Marucho A big plump marucho. There was no odor and the texture was delicious. But it's a little heavy due to my age...Next time I'll try the shimacho... Skirt steak This skirt steak also had marbling and a beautiful color, it was soft and delicious! Sometimes there are skirt steaks that look very dark, but they were a very beautiful color. As expected from a butcher shop. I guess it was a shame that for some reason the rice got cold quickly and became mushy. I wonder if it has something to do with the exhaust. この日は焼肉気分。
以前一度伺い、接客も良くてお肉も美味しかったので、直前に電話予約して再訪問です。
卓上にはタレがセットされています。
左は醤油ベースのタレ、右は味噌ベースのタレ
私は基本塩が好きなので、ほとんど塩か醤油ダレでいただきました。
どちらもオリジナルブレンドのようで、こだわりを感じます。
前回は単品だったので、この日は焼肉かわむらのコースという4000円のコースにして見ました。
まずはキムチとサラダ、スープ、ご飯
サラダは前回韓国風のチョレギサラダを食べたので、今回は和風にしてみました。
玉ねぎドレッシング、鰹節と海苔が乗っています。しっかり量があります。
キムチは辛すぎず、酸っぱくもなくて個人的に食べやすいタイプ。
スープは具なしのネギとゴマのみのシンプルなタイプ。
ちなみにご飯は無料で大盛りに変更できるそうなのでもちろん…ふふふ。
牛タン、国産若鶏、国産豚肉
やっぱタンは牛タン!
臭みもなく、塩ダレの下味も程よく、薄切りですが食感もよくて美味しい。
鶏肉はせせりかと思いきや、食べてみると細く切られたもも肉でした。
豚肉は辛味噌ダレに漬け込まれていました。
個人的には豚バラは塩派ですが、焼き鳥屋さんではないので、これはこれでご飯と一緒に楽しめました。

どれも適度にサシが入り、柔らかくて美味しい。赤身はレア目に焼いたのもあると思いますが、柔らかくてさっぱり美味しい。
でも個人的にご飯が進んだのはやっぱりカルビですね〜!
続いて壺漬け国産牛と焼き野菜
焼肉の焼き野菜…外は焦げているのに、中は火が通って無いことが多いもえPちゃんです…
壺漬けは漬けダレがよく染み込んでいます。
サシも入り柔らかくて美味しい。
ハサミでチョキチョキして頂きました。
付け合わせの山芋もホクホクでうまし!
本日の特選牛はミスジでした。
立派な厚みのミスジです。
レア目に焼いて塩、醤油ダレで交互に味わいました。
ただ、塊肉なので焼き加減が難しかったです。
中まで火を通すには結構時間がかかるかもと判断して短気な私は先にある程度ハサミでカットして焼きました。
焼き に自信のある方はぜひ塊で!
たぶんその方がジューシーに仕上がると思います。
デザートもしっかりボリュームのあるタイプです。案の定、連れはお腹いっぱいで入らないと言うので私が2つとも頂きました!
肉質もボリュームも良く、お腹はかなり膨れるコスパの良いコースだと思います!
