I was actually a heavy user of Royal Host. When my company was in Jimbocho, I used to go there for lunch once a week. Restaurants Hananoki in Fukuoka. Its predecessor was French cuisine Restaurants Royal Nakasu Main Branch, founded in 1953. The story of Marilyn Monroe visiting the restaurant at the time, liking the onion gratin soup so much that she returned three days in a row, is said to be very famous in the local area. After that, Royal's founder, Masakazu Egashira, decided to "create Restaurants that even the general public can feel comfortable in," and that idea led to the founding of Royal Host in 1971. So Royal Host was founded in Fukuoka. Royal Nakasu Main Branch was later moved to the best location, Ohori Park. It was renamed Hananoki and has remained there ever since. Hananoki can be said to be the origin of Royal Host. That's why I was interested in this Restaurants as a fan of Royal Host. Restaurants Hananoki is located in the spectacular view of Ohori Park. You can enjoy the view of the pond through the glass walls. The view of the migratory birds and swan boats passing by is amazing! The interior of the restaurant is as prestigious as a grand maison. It is elegant, and the female staff are polite and friendly. For lunch, we chose course B. It is 6,490 yen including tax. If you change the soup to onion gratin soup, it will cost 1,430 yen more. Of course, we changed it to Marilyn Monroe's onion gratin soup. ●4 amuse-bouche dishes Dried persimmon and cream cheese, onion flan and lily root, salmon wrapped in asparagus, etc. ●Appetizer Bigfin reef squid, Antibes. The red radish sauce is a beautiful pink. The sauce looks beautiful and creamy, but it is refreshing. ●Onion gratin soup It's so hot that you might get burned. Soup, cheese, bread, it's authentic. ●Main I ordered pan-fried Spanish mackerel from Oita. The sour sauce is refreshing. It is laid on sauerkraut.
