The dough is made with high-quality soft flour and yam, left to rest for a day, then topped with lard and baked thoroughly. The special mayonnaise is also a proud item made from scratch by the owner! |
創業30年のお好み焼き。草香江「味美」草香江・・大濠高校近くにある
お好み焼きの「味美」さんへ。
カウンターだけの小さなお店ですが
もう30年以上もやってらっしゃる。
壁にはお酒のPOPが並んでるなあ・・
そういえば生ビールも
ふつう：700円、小：600円、グラス：400円と
細かい価格設定だ。
おそるおそる「小」にしてみたら
なんだ、ふつうの「中」じゃん。そゆことね。
お好みは、ノーマルに豚で。900円
ランチタイムはご飯もついてるらしいけど
さすがにつけませんでした。
カリカリの豚肉、ワンサイドにたっぷりの
マヨが独特ですね。
店内に「お好みは15分かかる」って書いてるけど
実際は20分くらいかかった。
焼きそばは早いんで、常連さんは
焼きそば率高そうな感じですね。。
ま、私はゆっくりできてよかったけど。
