六本松の老舗の焼鳥屋さん。
昔ながらのザ焼鳥屋という雰囲気。
焼き台の前はケムケムなので注意しましょう。
最初に紙と鉛筆を渡されます。
注文を紙に書いてお店に人に渡します。
紙と一緒に鉛筆も渡すのを忘れずに。
追加注文は時間がかかる場合もあるので、一気に注文してしまうのがオススメです。
ちなみに、追加注文は口頭でOKのようです。
生ビールがめちゃくちゃ美味いです。ドライプレミアム。
串の味付けは、お店のチョイスを信じましょう。
バラ：肉厚ジューシー。こいつが煙の原因です。
親鶏：あっさり目のタレが絶妙。冷めても美味しい。アゴの筋トレになります。
肝：焼き加減がちょうどいい。濃いめのタレが合います。
皮：パリパリです。口の中を怪我しないように注意。
しんぞう：薄味のタレが完璧にマッチしてます。
ズリ：これは外せない。食感を楽しんで下さい。
えのき：提供されたら直ぐ食べて下さい。ヤケドします。
みそさがり：噛めば噛むほどうま味がしみ出てきます。
とん足：皮はパリパリ、中はネットリ。ポン酢が合います。
その他、私のオススメは、ズリ酢、からあげ。
まぁ、基本的に外すことはないです。
そして、とにかくコスパが素晴らしいです(^^)
2018年からメニュー変更。
単価アップしましたがボリュームもアップしてますので、コスパに変わりはありません。
