整体の先生にお勧めされた
大通り沿いにある焼き鳥『にくしん』に決めた!!
外観は何とも言えない味がある
実家近くのバス停降りたところにある焼き鳥屋さん風…
近づくと常連さん達が入り口で煙草を吸っている…
一人だと入りづらい…
そのまま通り過ぎろうかとも思ったけど
意を決して入店
お店に入ると左手に沢山の串が入った
ガラスの大きな冷蔵庫
大ぶりな素材の串が並んでる
期待値大!!
カウンターの端に案内され
カウンターの上にはお通しが準備されていた
まずはハイボールを注文
串は
・5本盛り合わせ
・ぼんじり(塩)
・厚揚げ
を注文
キャベツはお代わりした
夜10時近かったので
注文量はかなり控えた
串を食べた感想は
全部、美味しいっっ!!!
一本一本丁寧に焼かれてて
見た目もキレイ
本当に美味しかった
でもこのお店で一番感動したのは
お店の清掃が行き届いていること
私が厨房越しに串を堪能している間も
店員さんは冷蔵庫を拭いたり
タレの壺を拭いたり
大きなまな板を洗ったり
あれ?
もう閉店するのかな?
と思ってしまうくらい清掃してた
本当に清潔なお店
古いからといって侮っていた…
当然、おトイレもキレイだった
女性には嬉しいポイント
とても美味しかったです!!
