福岡市中央区六本松２丁目〜地下鉄六本松徒歩5分！地下鉄六本松駅の真上に蔦屋書店や福岡市科学館が入る「六本松４２１」というランドマークが誕生してから〜このエリアには数多くの飲食店が出店したりと熱いゾーンをなっています。
コチラは2008年「日本酒に合うパスタ」をコンセプトに開業〜店名の由来は六本松エリア隣の谷にある「和酒Bar煙草屋」がこの店をプロデュース！そのオーナー実家が「煙草屋」を営んでいたことからこの面白い店名となったらしい。
東京では「コロナ」緊急事態宣言！そして久しぶりの大雪が降り路面は凍結したりと雪国でない福岡は交通インフラが麻痺！大混乱となっている正月明け第２週目にランチで訪れてみました。
外観内観も和のテイストを感じるデザインやロゴで木材を基調とした落ち着いた雰囲気〜店内はカウンター席とテーブル席とあり！店内黒板をブサイクに指差しコチラからどうぞと男性スタッフ！この不親切に驚いた・・・2名で別々のメニューを頼みたかったかけど面倒くさそうだったので2人で「アラビアータ」でいいやってね！昼間からあまりいい思いのするものではありませんでした。
トマト系「アラビアータ」はイマイチ！こだわりの麺もイマイチ！・・・トータルで評価すると残念なお店です！お客様に不快な思いをさせるお店も今時珍しい。
